We understand you may have questions about our dispensary, cannabis products, loyalty programs, and reward points – so we created a place for you to find this general information fast.

  • How can I join Haven Society Rewards?

  • Where are my points?

    Your points are located in your Haven Society wallet. If you have lost the link, you can retrieve it here.

  • How do I access my Haven Society wallet?

    You can get a link to your wallet here.  You can also download our Haven Dispensaries app on the iOS and Android stores.

  • How many points do I have?

    Once you make your first purchase and every purchase following you you are able to view your rewards point balance in your Haven Society wallet (you must be a member of the Haven society rewards program). If you have lost the link to your Haven Society rewards wallet, you can retrieve it here.

  • How can I redeem my points?

    Currently points can be redeemed in any of our four locations, at our Express kiosks or using our Express curbside pick up (part of our social distancing practices during the Covid 19 outbreak). Unfortunately you cannot redeem points on delivery orders at this time, however we are working on a solution to make it possible in the future.

  • Do I need to make a purchase to redeem my points?

    Yes, you must make a minimum $10 purchase. 

  • Do the products I can redeem my rewards with change?

    Yes, that’s one of the rewards of being part of the Haven Society. You are not limited to one product selection. These products change every week to 2 weeks. 

  • Why arent my points adding up?

    Your points may not be adding up if you recently changed phone numbers or if you placed an online or delivery order. Regardless, we got your back and you can contact us with any discrepancies at info@myhavenstores.com. Please include your full name, phone number, the store you visited or if it was a delivery/online order, along with the ‘Trans No.’ listed on your receipt and we will promptly investigate the discrepancy. 

  • Do my points expire?

    Points do expire 365 days after the points were received.

  • Do you offer discounts for my first purchase?

    Yes, we have first time customer discounts that vary by store, please call your local HAVEN dispensary to inquire as to the current discount available.

  • Do you offer a cannabis industry discount?

    Of course we do! We offer a generous 10% discount for our industry partners with proof that you are currently employed in the industry (we do verify).

  • Do you offer a discount for medical patients?

    We offer a generous 10% discount for our medical patients that have a state recognized medical recommendation card (MMIC).

  • Do you offer a student discount?

    We sure do! Students receive a 10% student discount as long as you can show evidence that you are currently enrolled in classes for this academic year. Evidence consists of a valid college ID card AND proof of enrollment in the current academic year. Evidence will be required twice yearly and maintained in your profile.

  • How can I see your daily deals?

    Sign up for our Loyalty program to receive regular text messages with daily deals and other specials. You can also see our daily deals here on our deals page and keep up with us on Instagram at @YourHavenStores for more updates.

  • Do you offer a discount on my birthday?

    Heck yes! Come in on your birthday and get a free pre-roll of your choice. (some restrictions apply)

  • Can I use multiple discounts?

    You can only apply one discount or promotion per purchase.

  • Do you accept out of state IDs?

    Yes, as long as the ID is valid and up to date. No expired IDs will be allowed.

  • Can I visit the shop with just one ID?

    Yes, as long as the ID is valid and is not expired.

  • Why do you have to check my ID?

    California law requires that all customers must show a valid ID to prove they are 21 or older. A driver’s license or passport is sufficient.

  • Do I need a REC (doctor's recommendation)?

    No, you do not need a medical recommendation as long as you are 21 years old and have proof of ID, unless you are at least 18 years of age but younger than 21. In that case, you must be 18 years of age or older and have either a current physician’s recommendation, a valid county-issued identification card, or be a Primary Caregiver as defined in Health and Safety Code Section 11362.7(d).


    To buy adult-use cannabis (Recreational), you must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID.

  • How do I apply for a Medical (MMIC) card?

    You must apply for an MMIC in person at the Health Department of the county in which you reside .



  • Is there a limit to how much I can purchase?

    The state mandated limits on the amount of cannabis you can purchase in one day are 1 ounce of adult use cannabis per day or up to 8 ounces per day for medical patients with proper documentation.

  • Do you have ATMs onsite?

    Yes, we have ATMs onsite at all of our locations.

  • Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

    We typically accept debit and credit, but this varies by store and often changes, please call to inquire with your local HAVEN to find out if they are currently accepting credit cards and/or debit cards.

  • Can I Pay with a credit card or debit card online?

  • Do you charge tax?

    Yes, California requires all LEGAL licensed dispensaries to charge tax. We are required to collect excise tax paid to the state of California, as well as city and sales tax.

curbside pickup

  • How does curbside pickup work?

    It’s really cool! You can conveniently order online and in approximately 30 minutes your order will be ready for pick up at the HAVEN location you ordered from. Curbside pickup is being offered during this time to help keep all of our community and employees safe by limiting the amount of interaction while Californians are respecting the local stay-at-home orders.

    How about FREE! If we deliver to your area you just need to meet the minimum order size. Check your address here.

    Heck yes! Our Dispatchers have access to your purchase history and will remind you if you are eligible for a discount (yes, they are that cool).

  • I never shopped with you before, how does it work?

    Easy! Select Delivery here on our website and enter your zip code to see if we service your area. Then select the products you would like to purchase and checkout. We will call you to confirm your order and delivery address.


    If you are a new customer, we will require some additional information via text and/or email to validate your age and identity. California law requires that all customers must show a valid ID to prove they are 21 or older. A driver’s license or passport is sufficient.

  • What is required to make a purchase?

    For your first order only, we will required a selfie of you holding your ID, and a photo of the back.


    Don’t worry, our awesome dispatchers will walk you through all of the little details once you place the order to make it completely painless.

  • Do I have to be present when the delivery driver shows up?

    Yes, there is no exception to that rule (California law requires it)

  • Is there a limit to how much I can spend?

    If you are a new customer to HAVEN, we limit your first transaction to $150 or less on delivery orders.

  • How do I place an order for delivery?

    Yes, all prices are the same.

  • Can I use my loyalty points?

    Currently our loyalty system is only valid for in-store purchases. We are working to have that accessible through delivery in the future.

  • Do you only deliver to residential addresses?

    We can deliver to any commercial or residential address, as long as the person making the order is over 21 years old for recreational, or over 18 for medical and possesses a Medicinal Recommendation card.

  • Do you accommodate special requests (e.g. meet me outside)?

    Yes, our dispatcher will work with you to meet any special requests for delivery to make it more convenient or discreet for you.

  • Are your cars marked?

    No. We offer discrete delivery. Our cars have no markings or indication that we are a cannabis company.

  • Does the driver carry change?

    For their safety the driver does carry a very limited amount of change, some small bill change, but no coins. It is best to ensure that you have near exact change for the delivery driver.

  • Do your drivers wear uniforms?

    Your driver will be wearing a black polo shirt and khaki pants. They will also be super awesome and polite!

  • Will someone notify me when my product will be delivered?

    Absolutely, you can expect to get up to two text messages, one while they are in transit and the other when the driver arrives at the delivery location.

  • How will I know its my driver?

    The driver will text you as they arrive at the delivery location

  • Do you carry half ounces?

    We carry flower in a variety of sizes including 1g, ⅛ oz, ¼ oz, ½ oz, and up to 1 full ounce.

  • Do you carry $5 prerolls?

    Yes, we carry a variety of pre-rolls, including $5 pre-rolls.

  • What is your strongest indica?

    We have a large selection of indica flower to choose from, with various brands and strengths. Feel free to call your nearest store or come on in and let one of our wonderful associates guide you in the right direction.

  • Do you carry West Coast Cure?

    Yes, we carry WCC products. You can shop them here at our downtown location, or view our other locations for other West Coast Cure products as well.

  • Do you carry Stiiizy?

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    HAVEN proudly offers a 30 day exchange or return policy. We will return or exchange unopened or defective product only when accompanied by the original receipt. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted at the location in which it was purchased.
